Once the package has left us with a tracking number and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not reliable for lost or damage packages, we ARE NOT responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier or undelivered addresses. Undelivered addresses includes INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT address NO P.O. Box numbers, refused or return to sender. All customers are responsible for putting the correct information for the orders billing and shipping address.
